Jacqueline is a solicitor at Mackenzie Elvin Law and works closely with Rebecca Savage in the family and litigation team. Jacqueline has a particular interest in relationship property, estate disputes and PPPR matters.
Originally from Queenstown, Jacqueline completed her legal training at Otago University. During her studies Jacqueline was a law clerk at a local law firm where she gained experience in litigation, resource management, conveyancing, trusts and estates, civil and criminal law. After graduation, Jacqueline practised at the same law firm in Dunedin before relocating to Tauranga and starting with Mackenzie Elvin in 2021. She has gained a broad foundation of legal experience and from this, has determined to now focus on family and litigation matters.
Jacqueline is a committed, empathetic and highly competent team member. She works hard to find solutions to legal issues, works well under pressure and has excellent communication skills.
