COVID-19 virus: As a result of the Covid-19 situation, Mackenzie Elvin Law has invoked its business continuity plan.

UPDATE: From Wednesday 8 September 2021 the Mackenzie Elvin offices will be open, in accordance with the Government’s Level 2 Protocols. Mackenzie Elvin staff, Lawyers and Administration will be operating from home and the office, and we expect there will be little to no disruption to anyone who wishes to contact us.

We will keep you updated with any change to this position and advise you accordingly. Mackenzie Elvin Law is committed to containing the spread of this virus, which will in turn hopefully ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, our families, and our clients.

Emma is a registered Legal Executive and has over 10 years experience from law firms in Auckland and Tauranga.

Emma's role is primarily to support Tom Elvin and Jason Bywater-Lutman in the Property and Commercial team. Her expertise ranges across residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, building and development work, Trust matters, and retirement village occupation right agreements. This experience has seen Emma work for private clients, developers, investors and landlords. 

Clients value Emma’s people-first approach and her ability to listen to and understand their requirements. The relationships she has formed with development specialists enables a collaborative working style and helps to foresee any potential issues that may arise in their projects, enabling her to act early and efficiently while still delivering timely results.
