Due to COVID-19 Mackenzie Elvin employees are working remotely from home until the State of Emergency is lifted and we can return to our offices.
We are able to deliver all of our legal services, with new ways of working. It takes more time and creativity but we are a resilient organisation and everyone is pitching in as they are able.
Because of this, you might find:
- There are times in the day when we might ordinarily be able to return emails or calls when we are unable to do that.
- Advice and service times may be longer than usual particularly as bandwidth gets taken up around the nation. This has not been much of an issue so far but we have experienced some interruptions and delays to internet service.
- We may need to video conference with you to take instructions or facilitate transactions and witness signing of documents.
As always, please get in touch with your point of contact, or our receptionist, Kay on 07 578 5033 and she will direct your query appropriately.
Our thoughts are with the Mackenzie Elvin community during this challenging time. We will get through this together.
